By accessing or using gptimage26.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 13 years old to use gptimage26.app.
2. Description of Service
gptimage26.app provides AI-assisted tools for generating content. Output is generated from the prompts, descriptions, and files you provide, and can be viewed and downloaded.
3. Fair Use and Limits
Usage limits may apply to accounts and requests. Attempting to circumvent limits, scrape the service, or use it in an automated fashion without permission is prohibited.
4. Your Content and Output
- You retain all rights to the content you submit (prompts, descriptions, uploaded files).
- Subject to these terms and your plan, you may use the content you generate for personal and commercial purposes.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use. AI-generated output may contain errors or resemble existing works; always review it before publishing or distributing it.
- Some platforms require disclosure of AI-generated content. You are responsible for complying with the policies of any platform where you publish or upload your generated content.
- Content you generate is kept in your account history so you can download it anytime. Deleting a generation or your account removes the associated files.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Generate content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights
- Impersonate real people or public figures, or pass off AI-generated content as human-made where disclosure is required
- Use the service to mass-produce content for fraudulent, deceptive, or spammy purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract underlying models or algorithms
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
Violation may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account at our discretion.
6. AI Processing
Generation requests are fulfilled using third-party AI model providers. Output quality is not guaranteed; regeneration may produce different results.
7. Intellectual Property
The gptimage26.app logo, website design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our branding or software beyond normal use of the service. OpenAI, ChatGPT and GPT Image are names of their respective owner. gptimage26.app is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
8. Paid Plans and Refunds
Credits are sold as one-time credit packs, with no subscription. Pricing and included usage are stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe). Except where required by law, credits are non-transferable.
Refunds: You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds are subject to a processing fee charged by the payment gateway — we do not add any additional fees. To request a refund, contact support@gptimage26.app. For EU/EEA users: by making a purchase and beginning to use credits, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless gptimage26.app, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these terms; (b) your misuse of the service; or (c) content you submit that infringes third-party rights.
11. Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. For material changes to these terms, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the service. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

If you have a concern or dispute about the service, please contact us first at support@gptimage26.app. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
